Group/Division
The SensArray division is the world leading provider of in situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides measurement and control solutions to both semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure that yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing SensArray business unit is dedicate to support customer R&D phase as well as HVM with in-situ thermal process control. SensArray business unit enable APC (Automated Process Control) to improve process optimization and yield improvement.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Description:

Not a Software Application Position

Technical Responsibility:
  • Complete ownership of key product lines supporting in-situ metrology - Drive the roadmaps and provide key inputs and technical insights during the Product Life Cycle (PLC) phases
  • Strong working knowledge of customer use cases
  • Understand and resolve customer pain points
  • Strategize technical roadmaps
  • Publish data backed Market Requirement Documentation (MRD)


Customer Engagement:
  • Support customer-facing activities including: Product demonstrations, Evaluation planning and execution & Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution


Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Interface with Engineering, Advanced Development, SW, FW, Ops, Manufacturing to provide customer-first experience


Content Development:
  • Develop and maintain customer presentations and product overview materials & Application notes and technical documentation
  • Develop and publish white papers, publications, Product Spec sheets


Business Execution:
  • Understand market pricing and validation
  • Understand and predict future revenue growth cycles


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ Years of Semiconductor Process Experience or inside a Semiconductor Fab
  • 3+ years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment industry or inside a Semiconductor Fab
  • Understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing process: Etch, CVD/PVD/ALD, CMP, or lithography
  • Familiarity with Process and Metrology concepts
  • Travel (International/Domestic) up to 50%, with rare possibility of last minute travel to support customer emergency
  • Hands-on Experience with AI - Building agents/Skills
  • Minor in MBA/Finance or 1+ years of experience in Business Development/Product Management
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Program Management

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 4 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years

Either Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree must be in one (or related) of the following technical disciplines:
  • Material Science
  • Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering
  • Physics
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering


Base Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $204,000.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
