Applications Developer III for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. The Candidate will contribute to the design, development, and support of enterprise applications using modern technologies and development frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to work on business-critical solutions while collaborating across teams and gaining exposure to both distributed and legacy technology environments.

Required Qualifications of the Applications Developer III:
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in application development, systems testing, application support, or related information technology functions.
  • Experience developing, enhancing, and supporting distributed applications within enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js, Python, and MongoDB.
  • Experience utilizing Git for source control and Jenkins for build and deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of modern software development practices, testing methodologies, and code review processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting application issues and supporting production environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative settings.
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Applications Developer III:
  • Interest in learning and supporting mainframe technologies.
