Who We're Looking For:The Application Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing the finance application ecosystem by managing system integrations, data flows, reporting, and business application support. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability of the company's finance technology stack, including NetSuite, Boomi, Celigo, ADP, Avalara, and other finance applications.
As a member of the Enterprise Solutions team, this individual partners closely with Finance, Operations, and Information Technology to improve business processes, strengthen data integrity, and accelerate the organization's ERP and integration roadmap. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically curious, and enjoys solving complex business problems through technology and automation.
What You'll Be Doing:- Administer and support integrations across the finance application ecosystem, including Boomi, Celigo, NetSuite, ADP, Avalara, DocuPeak, APSmart, and related business applications
- Own end-to-end finance data flows, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and operational continuity
- Support the ongoing enhancement and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform and finance technology roadmap
- Partner with Finance and Operations stakeholders to understand reporting, integration, and process improvement needs
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide actionable business insights
- Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across multiple finance systems
- Support payroll integrations, accounts payable automation, and finance workflow improvements
- Collaborate with Commercial Platform Specialists, NetSuite subject matter experts, and Enterprise Solutions teams on shared integrations and enterprise initiatives
- Document integrations, business processes, and system configurations to strengthen organizational knowledge and reduce key-person dependency
- Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve data flow issues before they impact business operations
- Support application security, user access, audit requirements, and finance system compliance initiatives
- Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes and improve operational efficiency
- Provide general application support across business systems as needed and serve as a backup subject matter expert for finance applications
What You'll Bring to the Table:- Experience supporting ERP platforms, with NetSuite experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, Celigo, or similar iPaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of finance system processes, including billing, accounts payable, payroll, tax, and reconciliation workflows
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to understand complex system integrations and translate technical concepts into business solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting critical business applications
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to continuous process improvement
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Boomi, Celigo, or other enterprise integration platforms
- Experience supporting NetSuite ERP and connected finance applications
- Familiarity with ADP payroll integrations, Avalara, DocuPeak, APSmart, or similar finance automation tools
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools
- Understanding of APIs, integration architecture, and enterprise data flows
- Experience documenting system configurations, integrations, and operational procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field
- Experience supporting finance, accounting, or ERP environments preferred
