JPC Partners is looking for an Application Support Analyst / Systems Administrator that will help support and manage the middleware technologies used by the organization. This DevOps role is part of the Application Architecture support team and will be responsible for participating in the administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of .NET and Windows technologies. You will be working closely with product teams and product owners to develop, build documentation and improve the continuous software delivery process. This is a technologically diverse position and will require the candidate to adapt, learn and interface with various teams.
Essential Functions - Perform software deployments, administration, performance tuning and monitoring of DevOps technologies, including software development and database
- Provide system administration including patching, vulnerability management of Windows and .Net-based infrastructure
- Provide day-to-day software integration support for software development systems
- Participate in design, develop, and implementation of new software tools and processes
- Support the testing and development of the software development systems
- Develop and maintain business relationships that will leverage and support the technology strategy
- Provide 24x7 support on a rotating basis with other team members
Required Skills - Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail
- Experience in communicating and building documentation effectively in a team environment
- Experience with patching, performance tuning, and general application management as they apply to Windows operating system
- Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support
Preferred Skills - Experience with Software Development Lifecycle tools
