We are seeking a seasoned Senior Application and Solution Architect with deep, hands-on expertise in Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) to join our team. In this highly visible leadership role, you will shape the architectural direction of complex, mission-critical eligibility solutions — driving modernization, scalability, and operational excellence across the full application lifecycle. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on systems that directly support public-sector programs and the communities they serve.
The design and integration of all software components across the system — including application frameworks, middleware, and supporting modules — translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions. Drive the development of innovative architectural strategies aligned to both business goals and long-term technical roadmaps. Own end-to-end architectural decisions for custom software systems, providing authoritative guidance across multiple teams and business areas. Spearhead modernization and enhancement initiatives for Integrated Eligibility Systems, drawing on deep operational and solutioning experience. Evaluate, recommend, and champion the adoption of emerging technologies and leading market solutions relevant to IES modules and components. Partner with stakeholders at all levels to ensure solutions meet rigorous standards for security, scalability, compliance, and performance. Foster cross-team collaboration to drive architectural consistency and seamless integration across projects and workstreams. Mentor and develop team members, cultivating a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Travel may be required for this role; 0-80% depending on client demands
Here's What You Need:
- 10+ years of deep application architecture expertise specifically within Integrated Eligibility Systems
- 10+ years of modernization and enhancement experience for Integrated Eligibility platforms
- 10+ years managing batch operations and general operations for Integrated Eligibility solutions
- 10+ years of solutioning and architecting end-to-end Integrated Eligibility solutions
- 10+ years experience leading market solutions across modules and components that support Integrated Eligibility ecosystems Broad Technical & Leadership Experience
- 10+ years of application architecture and design experience across complex, enterprise-scale systems
- 10+ years of cross-team management experience, with a proven track record of leading distributed, multi-disciplinary teams Core Competencies
- Master-level proficiency in Application Architecture Design Expert command of Software Architectures, Software Design & Solutions, and Software Development, specifically in the Integrated Eligibility domain
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic alignment
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, advisory, and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
