Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes
* This role is hybrid and requires being onsite with the client at least 3 days a week in your assigned location. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter.Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of work experience
- Minimum 2 years of expert level of proficiency in Workday Studio is recommended
- Minimum 2 years of expert proficiency in Workday Extend
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master proficiency in Workday Core Integrations
