Responsibilities
- Serving as a subject matter expert with comprehensive product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail when analyzing and resolving complex challenges and concerns.
- Applying creative thinking and problem-solving skills to transform challenges into opportunities.
- Leveraging technical expertise and consultative selling skills to recommend solutions that address customer challenges.
- Effectively communicating and demonstrating the value of products and services through presentations, drawings, markups via meetings, emails, and phone conversations to meet customer needs and project objective
- Drafting recommended solutions including mounting details, wiring diagrams, equipment layouts or building schematics, to support implementation.
- Diligently recording project information in an organized, systematic manner.
- Collaborating with Internal teams including Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Sales Operations, marketing, Product management and Tech Support.
- Responding promptly to inquiries from Electrical Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Dealers, General Contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting comprehensive large-scale project scope reviews through expert blueprint interpretation and the effective use of Revit to develop a thorough understanding of building design, layout, and project requirements.
- Developing strategic bidding recommendations by analyzing construction documents and identifying key project requirements, specifications, and risk factors.
- Leading project kickoff meetings and effectively transferring project knowledge, scope, and key requirements to the Sales Operations Project Manager to support successful execution.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management is required.
- 1+ year experience in manufacturing industry
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communication and technical writing skills are required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Proficiency in PDF editing software- Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat is required.
- Microsoft Office with focus on Word, Excel, Power Point is required.
- Knowledge of Smartsheet is preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred.
- Knowledge of Rhino and Climate Studio is preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The salary for this position is reasonably expected to be between $75,000.00 and $90,000.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to 1.5%.
