Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4+ years of engineering, manufacturing, technical support, or quality experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical data and present findings effectively.
• Familiarity with quality systems and root cause analysis.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for automotive EVAP customers and prospects.
• Design, execute, and interpret evaporative emissions and adsorption testing.
• Support customer troubleshooting, technical reviews, and product qualifications.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure customer success.
• Investigate customer quality concerns and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide support to global manufacturing sites regarding product specifications and quality systems.
• Participate in audits and quality initiatives in line with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
