The IT Health Solutions Portfolio team delivers and supports new solutions and enhancements to multiple systems and applications. The Full Stack Engineer will report to the Senior Manager. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the design, development, and deployment of secure, high-quality software solutions. Your role will focus on integrating security and automation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with an emphasis on writing clean, maintainable code and building infrastructure that supports CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native delivery. You'll implement and enforce DevSecOps best practices tailored for Azure, contribute to infrastructure as code, and work closely with developers, testers, and cloud engineers to ensure code is secure, scalable, and production-ready from day one. This role requires a hands-on engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about code quality, automation, and secure cloud development. Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in application development and support, preferably in cloud-based environments.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue, with understanding of component-based architecture.
  • Solid experience with JavaScript, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Basic scripting and automation skills using tools like PowerShell or Python.
  • Familiarity with .NET or Java-based applications and experience working on Windows or Linux platforms.
  • Understanding of networking and security fundamentals (e.g., HTTP, SSL, DNS, Active Directory).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and API integrations.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
  • Experience or interest in containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare technology or familiarity with tools like Epic or Salesforce Health Cloud.
