Qualifications

• 10+ years in Application Support, Production Support, and IT Operations
• Experience with distributed application development and operation
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like DataDog and CloudWatch
• Strong skills in ITSM processes and use of tools like Jira
