Responsibilities
Chicago Medicine AdventHealth Heart & Vascular has a new opportunity to their growing group for a Nurse Practitioner to join their team in the western Chicago Suburbs. We have a great team…come join us!
- 1-3 years of APP experience in Electrophysiology experience, preferred
- Outpatient clinic Monday – Friday (no Saturday clinic)
- Work Schedule: 4 days per week (10 hour days)
- Inpatient rounding; Hinsdale, La Grange and Bolingbrook
- Inpatient weekend rounding rotation 1:6
- No weekday call requirement

- Annual Salary $115K- $125K
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
