Role Description: Industry: IT Position: APIGEE Support Location: Louisville, KY Duration: Long Term Day-To-Day ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: - Plan, implement / assist Engineering team in quarterly / yearly upgrades for hardware, firmware, and software for yearly roadmaps.
- Assist with around the clock monitoring, acting on alerts, analyzing errors, trends, and resolutions
- Identify and recommend optimization & error reduction and performance improvement enhancement
- Takes a lead role in collaborating with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
- Concentrates on providing innovative solutions to more complex business needs.
- work with Database administrators to enable connectivity from Middleware Tools to relevant Databases, and optimize the connectivity with appropriate parameter settings
- Configure clustered instances where required using appropriate technologies
- work with Application developers, System and Database administrators to deploy Middleware agents and configure them
