Position Description: This role will require someone in our client's office five days a week in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, or Dallas, TX.
Your future duties and responsibilities: We're growing rapidly and are looking for API Tech Leads for various projects. You'll be pivotal in design, build, and execution of innovative applications.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. 10+ years overall experience in Java API development with REST API, Spring Boot, XML, JSON, Swagger with microservices architecture.
3. 9+ years of experience developing web applications using J2EE.
4. 7+ years of experience in Spring Boot and/or Spring.
5. 5+ years experience working as a lead and driving high quality outcomes.
6. Excellent working knowledge of Open Shift Container Platform and Kubernetes.
7. Excellent working knowledge of Kafka will be a huge value add.
8. Experience integrating Java based applications with Mongo DB.
9. Demonstrate strong desgn and programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environments.
10. Hands on Design Patterns; SOLID design principles
11. Experience with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
12. Excellent working knowledge of MSSQL Database
13. Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in an Agile environment.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $156,700.00.
