Responsibilities

  • Advocate for cross-border transactions and develop regulatory strategies for diverse sectors.
  • Advise clients on compliance and risk management strategies.
  • Participate in all stages of litigation from drafting pleadings to trial.
  • Stay updated on competition developments and priorities.

Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP seeks a talented associate with 1–3 years of antitrust experience to join our top-ranked Antitrust & Competition Practice Group in New York or Washington, DC. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated attorney eager to work on complex antitrust investigations, enforcement actions, and high-stakes private litigation involving issues ranging from monopolization to merger challenges. You’ll also play a key role in cross-border transaction advocacy and regulatory strategy for clients in fast-evolving sectors like technology, AI, life sciences, and energy.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $310,000. 

Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick’s estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography.   Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
