Full Job Description
USGI is seeking an Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Analyst to provide expertise in antiterrorism and force protection policy, planning, and assessment, supporting USCG's security posture at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and review industrial security policies and procedures.
  • Determine facility and personnel clearance requirements, including FOCI and NID assessments.
  • Develop and maintain DD Form 254 and related documentation.
  • Use government databases (e.g., NCAISS, NISS, JPAS, CVS, ISMS).

Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree in security-related discipline and at least 5 years of qualifying experience, or 10 years of documented experience
  • Graduate of an AT Level II equivalent course
  • Technical writing, critical thinking, and policy analysis
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and government systems
  • Strong interpersonal and consensus-building skills
  • Possess DoD Secret clearance eligibility
