$41.51 - $56.04

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

General Purpose: Accountable for the provision of proficient patient care inclusive of complex patients. Assumes an expanded charge nurse role and assumes unit responsibility for orientation for new staff. May assume the role of care coordinator for a given group of patients, monitoring and evaluating patient care based on the unit standards of care. Actively involved in unit/service activities, contributing to outcomes from those groups.


Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00–4:30 PM

RN will coordinate anticoagulation plans for patients preparing for surgery. Will work with prescribing clinicians, surgeons, APPs, and anesthesia to clarify plans, communicate instructions to patients, and follow up on outstanding recommendations before surgery. This position also provides cross coverage for the CPM Clinical Liaison RN, supporting preoperative testing, specialty communication, patient education, and follow-up when needed. will require strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and organizational skills, careful attention to detail, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach
