Full Job Description
In this role, you will help inspire generosity by cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of annual and mid-level donors while supporting strategic fundraising initiatives that grow philanthropy and deepen donor engagement. Working collaboratively with the Annual Giving Manager and the Development team, you will help strengthen Food Lifeline's annual giving, sustainer, and stewardship programs to ensure every donor feels connected to our mission and the impact of their support. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $72,000-$90,000 annually (Full Salary Range) Food Lifeline is committed to fair, transparent, and equitable compensation practices that support our mission to address hunger and its root causes. Placement within the salary range is based on qualifications, relevant experience, internal equity, and organizational compensation practices.
