Full Job Description
Provide expert clinical education and technical training on Siemens angiography/interventional imaging systems to support safe, effective use and strong customer outcomes. Partner with modality teams and customer stakeholders to deliver education plans and support new installations, upgrades, and ongoing/remedial training.
In this role, the successful candidate’s principal responsibility will serve to facilitate best-in-class Clinical Education on Siemens Imaging systems and components by providing expert technical training that fosters customer excellence and represents Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education with professionalism. The candidate will work with the respective modality team members to continually develop clinically relevant knowledge and expertise to ensure a positive customer experience.
The Clinical Education Specialist may be requested to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a Siemens FlexForce engagement (FlexForce Tech., FlexForce Coach, Start Up Tech., etc.). Clinical Education role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation: Prepare and gather necessary regulatory-approved documentation for end-user training.
Travel: Routine travel Monday through Friday per the Business need. With potential requests to support extended hours and weekends. Communication: Engage in effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Training delivery: Conduct angio clinical training to educate staff on using Siemens equipment safely and effectively for newly installed systems, upgraded software/hardware features, and ongoing/remedial training as needed.
Administrative Tasks: Complete regulatory and core process documents per policy guidelines (Timecards, expense reports, vendor credentialing, daily in-service reports, etc.).
Project & Time Management: Ability to coordinate and facilitate impactful training activities that result in excellent clinical outcomes with minimal impact on patient care, workflow, and productivity.
Proficiency: Maintaining clinical and technical competency through continued education and participation in Siemens training programs.
Preferred Experience
• Valid ARRT or equivalent National Certification to relevant modality BA or BS preferred
• Minimum 5 years of dedicated clinical experience in Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, and/or Hybrid OR preferred
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated clinical experience on contemporary Siemens equipment and software preferred
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office tools (Outlook email/calendar, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
The base pay range for this position is:
$89,220 - $122,672
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
