Job Summary:

Los Robles Regional Medical Center is seeking a Program Director to lead our anesthesia residency program in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Qualified Candidates:
• Candidates currently serving as program director or core faculty in an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency or related fellowship are highly encouraged to apply.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency prior to start-date
• ABA board certified
• Experience must include specialty expertise and at least three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience, preferably in an undergraduate and/or graduate medical education environment
• Experience must include ongoing clinical activity
• Be willing to combine administrative and didactic (teaching) responsibilities
• Have strong leadership and team building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with recent scholarly activity - such as peer reviewed funding, publication of original research or review articles in peer-reviewed journals, chapters in textbooks, publication or presentation of case reports or clinical series at scientific society meetings, or participation in national committees or educational organizations - are highly encouraged to apply
