Full Job Description
Northern Arizona Healthcare is seeking an anesthesiologist to join its experienced group at Verde Valley Medical Center. Work alongside a team of 4 anesthesiologists with varied backgrounds and experience. Our anesthesiologists work with a team of 6 CRNAs doing roughly 75% medical direction and 25% doc solo cases. Position Highlights: - Verde Valley Medical Center is a Level 4 Trauma Center with 80 beds. - 75% medical direction model with CRNAs in a 1:3 ratio. - Exclusively home call, shared evenly amongst 5 physicians. - Cerner EMR Benefits: - Competitive Compensation and Benefits - Paid Malpractice - CME Allowance • And Much More!!! Qualifications: - Successful completion of an accredited medical school as an MD or DO - Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - Sub-specialty interests or completed fellowship programs welcome - Physician must have a current, active AZ medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full medical licensure from the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners Generous extra shift and call pay.
