We9re seeking an MD Anesthesiologist comfortable practicing in office-based pediatric dental settings. Our patients are healthy pediatric dental patients (primarily ASA I), with efficient cases and short sedation and recovery times. No complex pediatric cases - just thoughtful, well-run care in a calm environment.

Why This Role Stands Out

Many of our dental offices start early and finish early, with days often wrapping up by 1-2 PM. That means more time for family, personal commitments, outdoor adventures, or simply enjoying where you live. We9re open to building a schedule that works for you.

A Practice That9s Growing

Our work today is 100% pediatric dental - but we9re a growing business, expanding into adult dental, GI, and ENT. That means real opportunity to broaden your scope and grow alongside the practice, not just fill shifts.

What You9ll Be Doing
  • Office-based pediatric dental anesthesia
  • Healthy, low-acuity pediatric patients
  • Efficient, predictable workflows
  • One location per day
  • Support from experienced clinical and operational teams

This model is built to support excellent clinical care without burnout.

Why Physicians Choose AAC-PNW
  • Office-based, ambulatory-only anesthesia
  • Low-stress, efficient pediatric dental cases
  • Strong clinical and operational support
  • A growing practice with room to evolve into adult dental, GI, and ENT

Who This Is Ideal For
  • MD Anesthesiologist (pediatric fellowship not required)
  • Comfortable caring for pediatric dental patients
  • Active Oregon and/or Washington license, or willingness to obtain
  • Enjoys autonomy and flexible scheduling
  • Values quality of life alongside meaningful clinical work
  • Interested in growing with a practice - not just filling shifts

More Than a Job - A Better Way to Practice

If you9re looking to be more than a number, more connected to your work, and part of a model that truly prioritizes both excellent medicine and real-life balance, AAC-PNW may be your next professional home.
