You will leverage generative AI tools to revolutionize content creation workflows, delivering agile, high-impact training such as micro-learnings and short-form videos. As a core member of the enablement team, you will ensure our sales force and partners possess the deep product knowledge and selling skills required to achieve their full potential in a rapidly evolving AI-driven market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Design and execute training strategies tailored for major Canadian carrier partners, including Rogers, Telus, and Bell, and retail partners such as Best Buy.
  • Modern eLearning Development: Use popular SCORM authoring tools, including Articulate, Rise, and Evolve, to build and maintain a library of interactive, mobile-first learning modules.
  • AI-Enhanced Workflows: Integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate content development, automate administrative tasks, and personalize learning paths.
  • Multimedia Content Creation: Produce modern training formats, with a focus on micro-learning sessions and engaging short-form video content built for retail sales associates.
  • High-Impact Delivery: Conduct virtual training webinars and in-person sessions that communicate complex technical features and consultative selling techniques.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct field observations and use data-driven insights to identify improvement areas, reporting findings to the Training Manager and Sales Leadership.
  • Asset Management: Create and maintain current sales resources, including playbooks, scripts, and digital collateral tailored for the Canadian market.
Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of successful training and enablement experience, preferably within direct marketing, telecommunications, or consumer technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Instructional Design Mastery: Proven proficiency designing interactive training materials using SCORM-compliant tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Evolve) and curriculum design grounded in adult learning principles.

  • Communication Excellence: Impeccable oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-energy presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to stage a consultative selling process that connects complex product features with consumer needs and overcomes common retail objections.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Canada for field observations and partner events.

Use of Artificial Intelligence by Recruiters and Hiring Managers

  • At Influence Retail Services Inc. (2025) and Influence Marketing Services Inc., people are at the center of our recruitment process. While we may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools for limited administrative purposes (such as writing creative outreach messages, summarizing interview notes or transcribing reference checks), AI is never the decision maker.

If any recruitment process involves a greater degree of AI use during an interview or assessment, we will communicate that to short-listed candidates, so they are aware in advance.

Use of Artificial Intelligence – by Candidates

  • We recognize that candidates may choose to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support their job search, for example, to refine their writing style or gather research. While this can be appropriate, the information you provide in your resume, screening questions, and interviews must always be truthful and accurately reflect your own experience, knowledge, and competencies.
  • AI should never be used to create or exaggerate credentials. Our goal is to understand the real you – your skills, your story, and your potential – so that we can make the best possible match between you and our company.
