DescriptionCloalesse is seeking a talented and passionate Ancillary Applications Designer to support our field sales representatives and dealers by delivering inspiring and relevant solutions in Atlanta, Georgia . This field-based role is focused on helping win business by proactively positioning Coalesse & Partners, and responding to the unique needs of clients and other influencers. The ideal candidate is a designer with product expertise who can bring a client's vision to life through on-demand and thoughtful concept design and application development.
Working closely with the Ancillary Sales Representatives, this designer will play a key role in building relationships and affinity for our brand with architecture and design (A+D) partners, clients, and the dealer community. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that blends creativity, strategic thinking, and technical design skills to differentiate our solutions in the marketplace.

As an Ancillary Applications Designer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse collection of products that elevate workplace experiences and support a wide range of client needs.
What you will be doing:
- Translate client vision and workplace insights into compelling ancillary product applications.
- Collaborate with Ancillary Sales Representative to develop and present holistic, on-brand design solutions that support strategic sales efforts.
- Lead or participate in design charrettes, showroom visits, and informal design sessions with clients, dealers, and A+D firms.
- Create drawings, renderings, and specifications using tools such as CET Designer. A background in AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
- Develop narratives and visual storytelling that highlight the value and insight behind our ancillary solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of design quality and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design .
- 5+ years of experience in commercial interior design, preferably with a focus on workplace or contract furniture.
- Proficiency in design and specification software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or CET Designer.
- Possess strong presentation, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and client-facing environment.
- Acumen to influence and guide the design process from concept to specification
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements and regional sales efforts, around 20%.
In compliance with pay transparency laws, the annual base salary range for this position is $81,100 - $101,400, $126,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
