In this exciting role, you'll translate complex planning processes into scalable Anaplan solutions that improve quality and efficiency. You will partner closely with P&A teams, product development, and stakeholders to drive adoption, deliver value, and continuously enhance our capabilities. Job Summary:

As an Anaplan Solution Delivery Vice President in the Anaplan Solution Delivery team within the Firmwide P&A Transformation and Innovation organization, you will collaborate with internal clients across the Planning & Analysis community with responsibility to turn their planning needs into well-designed Anaplan solutions. You'll own a client portfolio, coordinating / managing requirements, testing, training, and implementation to ensure high-quality delivery and strong user adoption. This is an individual contributor role that offers significant ownership, exposure, and opportunities to influence firmwide planning processes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Own and build relationships with P&A clients as a trusted partner that understands their processes and pain-points.
  • Document client use-cases and translate them into clear, written Anaplan model and UX specifications.
  • Partner with Product Development to refine requirements, clarify edge cases, and align on release plans.
  • Project manage solution implementations and feature updates, coordinating timelines and stakeholders.
  • Maintain feed development efforts, maintain and prioritize backlogs of features and bug fixes in JIRA and the JPMC Feature Request Tool.
  • Create intelligent test plans, execute functional testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing of Anaplan model and UX updates.
  • Document test outcomes and traceability to requirements to ensure quality and compliance with acceptance criteria.
  • Train P&A users on new products and features, sharing tips and best practices to drive adoption and proficiency.
  • Support clients in implementing Anaplan solutions into business processes, including process re-engineering and continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot data, logic, and UX issues; triage and escalate with Product Development teams as needed.
  • Maintain solution documentation, playbooks, user guides, and videos; contribute to change management presentations, demos, and other communications.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 6 plus years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or data science; or 4 years with a master's degree.
  • Excellent in-person, virtual, chat, email, and presentation communication skills with individuals and groups, adapting style to audience.
  • Understanding of standard financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes across varied organizations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with P&A professionals; ability to understand and speak their language.
  • Foundational project management skills: planning, scheduling, risk, resource and stakeholder management, performance monitoring.
  • Ability to translate business use cases into clear, testable technical requirements for technology products.
  • Test planning and execution skills to validate that tools implement specified calculations correctly.
  • Ability to perform standard calculations and manipulations used in P&A budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience using the Anaplan platform as an end-user.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 3 plus years experience in Planning & Analysis.
  • 3 plus years in technology product management and/or business analyst type roles.
  • 3 plus years using data wrangling tools such as Alteryx or SQL for reconciliations and validations.
  • Anaplan Level 1 Model Builder certification or higher and/or hands-on experience building Anaplan models.
  • Strong skills with Atlassian JIRA, including building customized in-tool reporting.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Agile development.
