***No agencies or 3rd party Recruiters please. Thank you! ***Who we are looking for:The Analytics Supervisor will lead a team of analysts delivering business intelligence and reporting
across the loan servicing portfolio. They will partner with data engineering to ensure accurate, timely, and
accessible data for operations, compliance, finance, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and develop a small team of data/business analysts; manage workload prioritization and delivery timelines
- Own Sigma Computing reporting environment: dashboard accuracy, performance, governance, and user adoptions
- Deliver portfolio analytics: loan performance, delinquency, collections, escrow, payment trends, and investor remittance
- Build executive KPI dashboards and operational scorecards
- Collaborate with data engineering on dbt model requirements and new source onboarding (BDE, Cotality, MERS)
- Validate analytics outputs against source systems; escalate data quality issue
- Serve as primary analytics contact for business stakeholders; translate business questions into technical solutions
- Support regulatory and investor reporting with auditable data extracts
What you'll need to be successful:- Bachelors or equivalent experience Preferred
- This position requires 5+ years in analytics/BI, 2+ years supervisory experience.
- Mortgage servicing or financial services industry experience
- Advanced SQL on large-scale Snowflake datasets
- Sigma Computing (or equivalent: Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of loan servicing domains: payments, escrow, collections, delinquency, investor reporting preferred
- Snowflake query optimization and warehouse management
- Familiarity with dbt transformation lineage
- GSE reporting requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac)
- Cotality/CoreLogic property data; MERS reporting
