Job SummaryThe Analytics and Reporting Consultant's primary responsibility is to leverage strong Tableau skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders for the IL Commercial HMO and Marketplace. This role will be accountable for the analytical support and consultancy of internal/external customers and advisory service for internal/external senior leaders. The individual in this role will use their healthcare industry knowledge to report and review data in Excel, SQL, Python and R. The individual will primarily use their storytelling skills leveraging Tableau and Power BI to display outcomes and opportunities.
Required Job Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action
- OR 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in support of information-related strategies.
- Experience solving complex problems; Experience taking a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Knowledge of various software development processes, including SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools and technologies.
- Experience creating and conducting presentations to inform and influence.
- Experience in leading functional teams and projects.
- Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python etc.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word and Power Point.
Preferred Job Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or mathematics.
- Master's degree.
- Healthcare experience in business development, business analytics, or innovation management.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Base Pay Range$84,400.00 - $152,300.00
