OverviewThe Saatchi Analytics team believes the value of analytics is not in producing data, but in helping clients make smarter marketing decisions through thoughtful analysis, compelling storytelling, and trusted partnership.
As an Analytics Manager, you'll partner with account teams, strategists, media teams, and clients to transform complex marketing data into actionable recommendations. Working across multiple clients, you'll combine technical expertise with business consulting to help stakeholders understand what happened, why it happened, and what to do next.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to deliver insights that influence creative and media strategy, improve campaign performance, and build client confidence. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, connects data into compelling stories, leverages AI and modern analytical tools to work efficiently, and communicates complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities1. Data & Measurement- Build scalable processes for ingesting and organizing campaign performance data.
- Maintain data quality and creative taxonomy.
2. Analytics & Insight: - Analyze creative performance across campaigns and channels.
- Identify statistically meaningful patterns and drivers of success.
- Separate signal from noise and media vs creative factors.
- Translate data into actionable business insights.
- Develop hypotheses and recommend future testing opportunities.
3. Creative Intelligence- Build frameworks that classify creative attributes.
- Identify themes that consistently outperform.
- Understand why creativity succeeds-not just which assets perform well.
- Partner with creative and strategy teams to influence future campaign development.
4. Client Consulting- Present findings to senior client stakeholders.
- Influence creative strategy through data.
- Build trusted relationships across media, strategy, and creative teams.
5. Innovation & Automation- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive analytical tasks.
- Leverage AI responsibly to accelerate large-scale creative analysis.
- Continuously improve analytical workflows.
- Evaluate emerging measurement methodologies.
QualificationsRequired Skills & Expertise- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, advertising, media, or analytics, including experience supporting paid media or creative measurement.
- Experience across paid media channels, including social, display, etc.
- Business consulting - frame analytical findings within the context of business objectives & marketing strategies
- Cross-functional leadership skills
- Project management - juggle multiple workstreams and prioritize accordingly.
- Familiarity with marketing agency data, platforms, and methodologies
- Google CM360/Flashtalking

Compensation Range: USD $88,540.00 - USD $135,632.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
