We're ready to make data a core part of how JM Test Systemsmakes decisions, and we're looking for the person to lead the way. As ourAnalytics Manager, you'll be a strategic thought partner to leaders across thecompany and help tackle our biggest opportunities.

In this role, you will build a new analytics team from theground up, deliver high-impact analysis, and create the tools, dashboards, andautomated reporting that put insights in everyone's hands. Reporting to our VPof Corporate Strategy and Development, where you'll have the opportunity tolearn and grow, and partnering closely with Data Engineering, you'll bring AIand predictive modeling into how we work and set the standard for data-drivendecisions across the organization.

KeyResponsibilities & Outcomes
• Championdata-driven decisions. Promote the use of analytics across departments sostrategies and decisions are backed by accurate, timely insight.
• Solve thebiggest problems. Partner with leaders to understand their needs, translatethem into technical requirements, and deliver tailored analytics and AI-poweredsolutions.
• Buildtools people use. Design and maintain analytics tools and automateddashboards that give stakeholders at every level accessible, actionableinsight.
• Strengthenour data foundation. Work with Data Engineering to build and optimize dataviews that ensure accessibility and integrity for analytics and AI.
• Put AI towork. Implement LLM-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and new AIapproaches that unlock deeper insight, and evaluate emerging tools to keep usahead.
• Build andlead a new team. Demonstrate the value of analytics, define roles, recruittop talent, and mentor a collaborative team as it grows in advanced analyticsand AI.

WhatYou Bring
• Required:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, BusinessAnalytics, Math, Sciences, or a related field.
• Required:4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, witha track record of insights that lead to action and results.
• Required:Experience implementing AI-driven analytics, machine learning, orpredictive models in a business setting.
• Required:Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R), plus experience partnering with DataEngineering on data views.
• Required:Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability toexplain complex insights to non-technical leaders, and a solid grasp of datagovernance and quality.
• Preferred:Master's degree and proven experience building and leading a new team.
• Preferred:Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), AIframeworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data warehousing and ETL.
