Titre : Analyste Financier, planification et analyse financière

En tant qu'analyste financier de la planification et de l'analyse financière, vous serez responsable de fournir un soutien analytique à l'équipe exécutive, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le gestionnaire de planification et analyse financière et son équipe. L'analyste financier aura la responsabilité de maintenir des modèles financiers pour soutenir les besoins analytiques d'une organisation mondiale.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Supporter l'équipe de ventes en contrôlant et validant la reconnaissance des revenus
  • Participer à la mise à jour périodique des prévisions de l'unité d'affaire, contribuer au processus budgétaire annuel et au plan financier 5 ans;
  • Gérer les processus financiers complet d'une unité d'affaire et participer à la fermeture mensuelle des livres
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l'unité d'affaire afin de répondre à leurs besoins et améliorer la rentabilité de celle-ci
  • Travailler activement à améliorer les processus financiers, opérationnels et de présentation de l'information de l'unité d'affaire
  • S'assurer de la bonne structure de contrôle interne en place


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat avec un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de comptable d'unité d'affaire ou dans un cabinet comptable;
  • Titre CPA obligatoire ou en voie d'être obtenu;
  • Communication orale et écrite en Anglais et en Français;
  • Solides compétences avec Excel (obligatoire), connaissance de SAP, Onestream et Power BI un atout;
  • Capable de supporter une pression forte et constante dans un environnement ultra dynamique;
  • Adaptabilité, autonomie et doté d'une attitude positive.

Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Why Join The Team?

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to management, working closely with the head of global financial planning & analysis and his leadership team. The Financial analyst will be responsible to maintain financial models in order to support analytical needs of a worldwide organization.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Support sales team, review sales and validate revenue recognition accuracy
  • Contribute to the overall process for the development of the 5 years strategic plan, annual budget and periodic forecast updates
  • Manage a business unit and participate in month end closing, analysis and assessment of the P&L Statements
  • Work closely with the business unit to help them improving the profitability
  • Actively work on continuous improvement of financial, operational and information presentation processes of the business unit
  • Maintain a strong control environment


What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a business unit accountant or an accounting firm;
  • CPA title mandatory or underway;
  • Proficient communication skills in French and English (oral and in writing mandatory);
  • Strong knowledge of Excel is mandatory. Experience on SAP, Onestream and Power BI are strong assets;
  • Ability to sustain a high level of pressure in a fast paced environment;
  • Adaptable, autonomous with a positive attitude.

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
