Analyste financier principal

Joignez-vous à une équipe où votre expertise contribue directement à la performance financière et opérationnelle d'une usine stratégique. Basé au sein de la division de Baie-Comeau, ce rôle vous permet d'agir comme véritable partenaire d'affaires auprès des gestionnaires en transformant les données financières en informations clés pour guider les décisions et soutenir l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels.

À propos du rôle

Relevant du gestionnaire des finances, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le suivi et l'analyse de la performance financière d'un secteur de l'usine. Vous soutiendrez les processus budgétaires, les activités de fin de mois, la gestion des projets et le maintien des contrôles internes. En collaboration étroite avec les équipes opérationnelles et les partenaires corporatifs, vous fournirez des analyses financières pertinentes permettant de soutenir la prise de décision et l'optimisation des résultats de l'organisation. Le poste est basé à la division de Baie-Comeau et s'effectue principalement en télétravail, avec une présence ponctuelle requise à l'usine, notamment pour certains inventaires physiques ou activités d'audit.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Préparer les budgets, les prévisions financières, les rapports de gestion et les analyses d'écarts afin de soutenir la performance financière du secteur.
  • Contribuer au processus de clôture mensuelle en assurant l'exactitude des données financières et le respect des échéanciers.
  • Agir à titre de partenaire d'affaires auprès des gestionnaires en interprétant les résultats financiers, en identifiant les tendances et en formulant des recommandations.
  • Assurer le suivi du portefeuille de projets en réalisant des analyses de rentabilité, en surveillant les indicateurs de performance et en soutenant la prise de décision.
  • Effectuer les conciliations de comptes, le suivi des inventaires et participer aux inventaires physiques ainsi qu'aux activités d'audit lorsque requis.
  • Maintenir et améliorer les contrôles internes, soutenir l'optimisation des systèmes de gestion et contribuer à la conformité aux exigences de la loi Sarbanes-Oxley.


Ce que vous apportez au rôle

  • Baccalauréat en sciences comptables ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience pertinente vous permettant d'évoluer efficacement dans un environnement financier complexe.
  • Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience dans un rôle en comptabilité ou en finance, idéalement dans un contexte manufacturier ou industriel.
  • Titre professionnel CPA, considéré comme un atout.
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office; une expérience avec des outils analytiques tels que Power BI ou Oracle constitue un atout.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication en français ainsi qu'un anglais fonctionnel permettant de collaborer avec des équipes corporatives situées à l'extérieur du Québec.
  • Capacité démontrée à travailler en équipe, à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément, à maintenir des contrôles rigoureux et à adopter une approche axée sur la précision, la conformité et les pratiques de travail sécuritaires.
