Relevant de la Directrice principale, Services professionnels, vous agirez à titre d'analyste d'affaires et d'expert de domaine pour TandemRx, un service de gestion des grilles d'honoraires pour les pharmacies affiliées. Vous contribuerez au bon fonctionnement opérationnel du service en analysant les structures d'honoraires, les données de ventes, les tendances de marché et la performance des pharmacies affiliées afin d'identifier des opportunités d'optimisation, de soutenir la prise de décision et d'améliorer la rentabilité. Vous jouerez également un rôle clé dans l'évolution du service, l'amélioration continue des outils et processus, ainsi que dans l'accompagnement des pharmaciens propriétaires et des partenaires internes dans un environnement en transformation.

Responsabilités générales

  • Analyser les structures actuelles d'honoraires des pharmacies participantes et recommander des ajustements alignés sur leur réalité d'affaires, leur environnement concurrentiel et leurs objectifs de rentabilité ;


  • Effectuer des analyses et simulations de profitabilité afin d'établir des structures d'honoraires personnalisées ;


  • Planifier et coordonner l'implantation des structures de prix pour les nouvelles pharmacies participantes ;


  • Présenter la proposition de valeur du service aux pharmaciens et les conseiller dans l'optimisation de leur performance laboratoire ;


  • Assurer les suivis et les mises à jour des grilles d'honoraires en fonction des besoins d'affaires des pharmaciens propriétaires, de l'évolution du marché et des paramètres opérationnels ;


  • Coordonner les interactions entre les pharmaciens, les équipes internes et les fournisseurs technologiques afin de soutenir la résolution de problèmes et la mise à jour des outils ;


  • Produire et interpréter des indicateurs de performance, des analyses comparatives et des constats d'affaires permettant d'orienter les décisions et l'évolution du service;


Responsabilités spécifiques

  • Agir à titre de ressource experte pour l'équipe de gestion des grilles d'honoraires auprès des équipes internes, des partenaires technologiques et des pharmacies affiliées;


  • Contribuer à l'évolution et à l'optimisation continue du service de gestion de grilles d'honoraires d'analyse d'honoraires, des outils de monitorage, des processus opérationnels et des façons de faire afin d'accroître la valeur offerte aux pharmacies membres;


  • Recueillir, analyser et traduire les besoins d'affaires des parties prenantes en exigences claires pour soutenir les améliorations du service, des rapports, des outils et des processus d'affaires;


  • Accompagner les pharmaciens propriétaires affiliés dans la compréhension de leur performance, l'identification d'occasions d'optimisation et l'adoption de pratiques soutenant leur rentabilité;


  • Formuler des recommandations sur l'évolution de l'offre de service, des analyses, des indicateurs et de la stratégie de gestion des honoraires en fonction des tendances de marché, des besoins émergents et des priorités d'affaires;


  • Participer à la préparation, au chargement, à la validation et à l'intégrité des données, ainsi qu'à la documentation des règles d'affaires et des processus nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du service;


  • Collaborer avec les équipes de technologies et d'intelligence d'affaires afin de prioriser les besoins, résoudre les enjeux et assurer une exécution fluide des changements;


  • Contribuer aux projets du département, aux initiatives transversales et à toute autre activité connexe soutenant la performance, la stabilité et l'évolution du service de gestion des grilles d'honoraires.


Exigences du poste

  • Détenir un diplôme d'études universitaires ou collégiales en analytique d'affaires, administration, systèmes d'information ou dans un domaine pertinent;


  • Détenir au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;


  • Posséder une solide compréhension de l'analyse d'affaires, de la gestion des processus, de la modélisation de besoins et de l'utilisation des données pour soutenir la prise de décision;


  • Connaissance du fonctionnement des ordonnances, des honoraires professionnels, des assurances privées et du catalogue de produits pharmaceutiques sur ordonnance ;


  • Expérience en pharmacie communautaire, en environnement de soins de santé ou dans un contexte lié aux services pharmaceutiques (atout important);


  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de synthèse, avec aisance à structurer des concepts complexes et à formuler des recommandations claires et pragmatiques;


  • Grand sens de l'organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution;


  • Excellentes habiletés technologiques et bonne compréhension des systèmes d'information soutenant les opérations d'affaires;

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director, Professional Services, you will act as a business analyst and domain expert for TandemRx, a fee grid management service for affiliated pharmacies. You will contribute to the efficient operation of the service by analyzing fee structures, sales data, market trends and the performance of affiliated pharmacies in order to identify optimization opportunities, support decision-making and improve profitability. You will also play a key role in the evolution of the service, the continuous improvement of tools and processes, and in supporting pharmacist-owners and internal partners in a changing environment.

General responsibilities

  • Analyze current fee structures of participating pharmacies and recommend adjustments aligned with their business reality, competitive environment and profitability objectives;


  • Perform profitability analyses, simulations and financial modelling to establish customized and sustainable fee structures for prescriptions covered by private insurance;


  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of pricing structures for new participating pharmacies, including parameter validation, required testing and deployment;


  • Present the value proposition of the TandemRx service to member pharmacists, advise them on available optimization levers and support adoption of recommendations;


  • Present all the benefits of the pricing management system to members;


  • Track and update pricing structures according to the specific requirements of the member;


  • Coordinate communications between pharmacists and dispensary software providers to help solve problems;


  • Work in collaboration with the IT team to continuously improve the pricing management software (updates, development, problem solving, etc.);


  • Perform general comparative analyses to ensure the performance of members.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Act as an expert resource to the Pricing Management team


  • Pursue the development and improvement of the fee analysis service, the monitoring of market movements, and the performance of affiliated branches;


  • Interact strategically with business units linked to the laboratory price management tool and the affiliate branch performance analysis and monitoring service;


  • Support affiliated pharmacist-owners in optimizing their financial profitability;


  • Make recommendations on the evolution of pricing strategy and services offered, based on market and business environment changes;


  • Perform data preparation, loading and management tasks.


  • Contribute to departmental projects and other related tasks;


Job Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in business analytics, management information systems or relevant field;


  • 3 years' experience in a similar position;


  • Knowledge of analytics and business processes;


  • Knowledge of prescription pharmaceutical product catalog (Asset);


  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to model complex concepts in a multidisciplinary context;


  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and be able to manage several files at the same time


  • Excellent computer skills and general knowledge of organizational information systems;


  • High level of autonomy, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to work effectively in a team, self-starter, good analytical and problem-solving skills;


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook at intermediate to advanced level;


  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Markdown;


  • Familiarity with project and customer request management tools, such as JIRA or Salesforce;
