Votre rôle

  • Gérer les relations avec les équipes de projets des clients afin d’assurer un soutien continu en gestion des risques.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes de projets des clients pour bien comprendre les projets et analyser la documentation fournie par le client (portée, échéancier, estimation).

  • Animer des ateliers de gestion des risques en veillant à ce que des comptes rendus appropriés des discussions soient conservés.

  • Saisir des données et exécuter des logiciels de modélisation d’échéanciers – Safran est privilégié.

  • Gérer la création de présentations, de résumés exécutifs et de rapports complets pour chaque projet – utiliser les gabarits standard et rédiger des versions préliminaires des textes.

  • Effectuer des contrôles de qualité (QA) sur toute la documentation avant transmission au client.

  • Utiliser [redacted] pour générer des informations de modélisation des coûts et créer des scénarios de modélisation variés.

  • Rédiger le contenu lié aux risques pour des appels d’offres (RFP) et développer et mettre à jour le matériel interne de formation en gestion des risques.

  • Soutenir la gestion interne des risques de projets et fournir des conseils sur les meilleures stratégies à adopter pour les projets et les propositions.

  • Gérer simultanément plusieurs charges de travail de projets et être en mesure d’établir les priorités.

  • Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, en construction ou dans un domaine connexe, combiné à une expérience pertinente.

  • Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience dans un environnement de conception/construction, incluant au moins 5 ans d’expérience en modélisation des risques.

  • Capacité à analyser MS Project et Primavera P6 afin de recréer un échéancier de haut niveau à des fins de modélisation.

  • Capacité à analyser l’information sur les coûts (généralement sous Excel) afin de classifier les coûts du projet (client, conception, entrepreneur) et d’extraire les contingences.

  • Bonne compréhension des classes AACE et de leurs implications.

Votre rôle

  • Facilitate risk management workshops, ensuring that appropriate records of discussions are maintained.

  • Manage the preparation of presentations, executive summaries, and comprehensive reports for each project — using standard templates and drafting preliminary text.

  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on all documentation prior to submission to the client.

  • Draft risk‑related content for RFPs and develop and update internal risk‑management training materials.

  • Support internal project risk management and provide guidance on best‑practice strategies for projects and proposals.

  • Maintain and regularly update internal processes, procedures, and work instructions to ensure a consistent business approach aligned with corporate strategy.

  • Generate risk management business opportunities with external clients.

  • Manage multiple project workloads simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.

  • Workshops may be conducted virtually or may require travel to client sites.

About You

  • University degree in engineering, construction, or a related field, combined with relevant experience.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a design/construction environment, including at least 5 years of experience in risk modelling.

  • Ability to analyze MS Project and Primavera P6 schedules to recreate a high‑level schedule for modelling purposes.

  • Ability to analyze cost information (typically in Excel) to classify project costs (client, design, contractor) and extract contingencies.

  • Strong understanding of AACE classes and their implications.

  • Familiarity with the following risk‑management software is an asset: Safran, PRC, ARM.

  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).

  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 — the ability to create projects from scratch is essential.

  • Ability to perform in a dynamic environment while balancing and prioritizing workloads.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $110,000 to $160,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
