Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in security analysis and implementation.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in user authentication and access management.
• Strong understanding of WebAuthn/FIDO2 protocols and browser compatibility.
• Experience with CIAM, MFA, and REST APIs in production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers for technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1.5/L2 support during migration to Passkey authentication.
• Troubleshoot issues related to passkey enrollment and user access.
• Analyze and resolve WebAuthn/FIDO2 protocol errors.
• Investigate problems with device binding and credential synchronization.
• Monitor production incidents and analyze API transactions.
• Collaborate with application teams and vendors to resolve migration issues.
• Participate in rotational on-call support schedules.
