The Sr Analyst, Investor Relations is part of the Investor Relations team within the Finance Division. This role supports investor relations efforts by analyzing financial and operational data to help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, and respond to inquiries from institutional and retail investors.

What you'll do

  • Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis of the company, industry peers, and macroeconomic indicators to produce high-impact reports and executive presentation
  • Strategically plan and execute investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to enhance engagement with institutional analysts and key stakeholders
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for investor relations, addressing complex inquiries from retail and institutional investors, as well as buy-side and sell-side analysts
  • Synthesize and evaluate sell-side analyst models, forecasts, and sentiment to deliver actionable insights and investor perception updates to senior leadership
  • Design and lead investor communication initiatives, aligning messaging with corporate strategy and market expectations to support transparency and trust
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and data platforms to optimize workflow efficiency, automate analytical tasks, and extract actionable intelligence from large-scale financial datasets

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, investor relations, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, data analysis, and financial statement analysis

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience working in the airline industry or a related field
  • Proficient in Bloomberg Terminal usage

Skills, Licenses & Certifications
  • Excellent analytical thinking abilities
  • Ability to understand airline financial statements and run analysis on various internal/external financial models
  • Clear and strategic thinker with strong research skills, ability to analyze and understand complex topics
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees within the organization
  • Have strong collaboration skills to work with groups across the company to create uniformed investor messaging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and reporting skills
