Keeper Security is hiring an Analyst Relations Manager to join our Global Communications team. This individual will own and execute the day-to-day analyst relations program at Keeper by managing evaluations, timelines, coordination and internal workflows to ensure effective analyst engagement. This is a 100% remote position from select locations, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago.
About the RoleKeeper Security is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to own and operate the day-to-day execution of the Analyst Relations (AR) program. This role is ideal for a strong project and program manager who thrives on coordination, timelines and process ownership. The Analyst Relations Manager will oversee analyst evaluations, questionnaires, calendars, internal reviews and follow-through, ensuring consistency, accuracy and momentum across all analyst engagements.
This is a junior-to-mid level manager role with room to grow, well-suited for candidates with experience in analyst relations operations, research coordination, product marketing support or program management in a SaaS or enterprise environment. Success is measured by operational excellence, reliability and execution.
Responsibilities- Own the operational execution of Keeper's analyst relations program, including timelines, workflows, and documentation
- Manage analyst evaluation processes (e.g., Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, MarketScape), including questionnaires, data collection, internal routing, reviews, revisions, and final submissions
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, PR and leadership to ensure inputs are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
- Maintain analyst calendars, briefing schedules, biweekly check-ins, and long-range planning for key firms and coverage areas
- Support analyst briefings, inquiries and follow-ups by preparing materials, coordinating participants, taking notes, and tracking discussion themes over time
- Ensure Keeper's product capabilities, roadmap and positioning are clearly and consistently represented across analyst interactions and evaluations
- Organize and synthesize analyst feedback, market observations, and competitive insights for internal teams
- Partner with PR and marketing to promote analyst coverage and insights for web, media, social media, and campaign use
- Manage AR tools, databases, report libraries, and licensing access
- Track program metrics and deliver regular internal summaries on analyst activity, evaluation status, and upcoming milestones
- Collaborate with teams supporting industry recognition, software review, and peer validation platforms (e.g., Gartner Peer Insights), ensuring alignment with analyst evaluations and messaging where appropriate
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in analyst relations support, research coordination, project/program management, product marketing or a related role
- Clear understanding of the identity security industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with executives and cross-functional teams
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and market concepts, with support from internal subject-matter experts
- Experience working with analyst firms, research processes or evaluation cycles is a plus but not required
- Comfort managing tools, calendars, documentation and structured processes
