Position Title: Analyst, Management (ANM2) - High Mid

SOW Task Alignment: Task 2 - Program Support and Management (SOW 4.2); cross-task analytical support as required
U.S. Citizenship Required: Yes

Position Summary

The Analyst, Management (ANM2) - High Mid is a Non-Key Personnel position supporting Team Blackwatchs NAVSEA PMS 470 (BBGN) Professional Support Services - N0016426R3120 contract, aligned to Task 2 - Program Support and Management (SOW 4.2); cross-task analytical support as required. This position is based in DC Metro Area and requires an active SECRET security clearance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
  • Define the nature and extent of complex problems.
  • Analyze relevant data, which may include budget information, technical information, human resources, program management, or program development.
  • Observe operations and develop solutions to problems.
  • While preparing recommendations, understanding the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
  • Report findings and recommendations to the Government including Program Managers and Directors.
  • Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common.
  • For some projects, management analysts will help implement the suggestions they have made.


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Relevant Experience: >7 years
  • Active SECRET security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or management related field
  • Preferred Relevant Experience: 10 years
  • Preferred Specialized Experience: 7 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
