Full Job Description
Investment Analyst (Dispositions) supports the Investments team in underwriting, evaluating, and executing disposition opportunities across Blackstone's US Industrial Portfolio. This role is responsible for conducting financial modeling, market research, and due diligence to support disposition strategies. The Analyst will work closely with senior investment professionals and cross-functional partners to prepare disposition materials, analyze market trends, and support strategic decision-making. This position offers exposure to a broad range of industrial real estate transactions and provides a strong foundation for a career in real estate investment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and underwrite, evaluate, and execute potential disposition opportunities across Link's national portfolio using Argus and Excel-based financial models.
  • Conduct market research and track key trends, including lease and sale comparables, to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare models and materials for internal review and Blackstone's Review Committee.
  • Support due diligence efforts for awarded deals, including document review, financial validation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Dispositions team with transaction execution, including marketing materials and closing coordination.
  • Periodically re-evaluate existing assets using discounted cash flow and comparable sales analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications:

$100,000 - $110,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
