Who You'll Be Working With

As a Analyst III, you'll join our innovative Analytics and Data Science practice, a team dedicated to creating dynamic, integrated analytics solutions that drive business success. We work across digital marketing channels-Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Social, Video, Affiliate, Brand, and Mobile-to help some of the world's most recognized brands make smarter decisions and achieve their goals.

In this role, you'll collaborate with talented professionals across Media, Client Strategy, Ad Operations, and Technology to deliver actionable insights and custom analytics solutions for clients across a variety of industries. What You'll Be Doing
  • Leads key reporting and analytics workstreams and builds performance insights in collaboration with Media and Strategy teams.
  • Leads dashboard and reporting delivery across campaigns and channels.
  • Owns ongoing stakeholder prioritization and analytics roadmaps by client or pod.
  • Conducts in-depth media performance analysis and identifies optimization opportunities.
  • Works independently to translate marketing goals into data frameworks and measurement plans.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align on KPIs and business questions.
  • Identifies opportunities for automation or reporting improvements.
  • Owns client presentations and reporting walkthroughs. Documents and shares key learnings with internal teams.
  • Provides actionable recommendations based on performance trends.
  • Partners with Strategy leads to interpret results of tests and pilots.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.
  • Uses AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making in their role.
  • Responsible for media forecasting, planning, and cross-channel optimizations.
  • Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Up to 10% domestic travel required.
