What will you do? - Developing and maintaining complex financial models
- Supporting transaction structuring and execution efforts, with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability over time
- Financial and written analysis of companies and industries
- Contributing to the delivery of client meetings and presentations
- Conducting research to analyze market trends
- Researching and analyzing future opportunities
- Contribute to the execution of equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory assignments
What do you need to succeed? - Experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, corporate development or accounting
- Undergraduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a quantitative field from a leading university
- Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting and financial theory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
