Overview

 The Analyst, Financial Systems II (Program Analyst) provides comprehensive budget analysis support for the task order for the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
  • Coordinate actions and information (technical and financial) with other Government organizations
  • Coordinate with the government budget/financial planning team to ensure the forecast and spending to date are tracked for each effort.
  • Coordinate with Government technical leads to develop programmatic and technical briefings.
  • Receive and analyze program CDRLs.
  • Support technology transfer programs. This includes, but is not limited to Cooperative Research and Development Agreements
  • Work collaboratively with other Contractors internal and external to ESI and Government Partners (e.g., CRADA, EPA) in the performance of this PWS. This task includes working with Contractors across mission areas within ESI as well as customers’ support staff, system primes/Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), industry system/subsystem vendors, and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) vendors.

Qualifications

Required:

 

  • AS/AA or 2 yr Tech School minimum with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing government technical acquisition programs is required, or military experience E4 and up
  • Requires a deep understanding of financial regulations, a proven ability to manage audits, and the capacity to independently resolve significant budgetary discrepancies, while maintaining the integrity and accessibility of all financial documentation on SharePoint
  • Knowledge and skill in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods, and techniques of budgeting.
  • TS/SCI Clearance

Salary Range: $91,529 - $108,646

 

The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. 

 

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
