Full Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Analyst to join the Due Diligence team within Securitized Products, with a focus on U.S. residential mortgage and consumer asset diligence. This role requires prior hands-on experience reviewing loan-level and consumer credit data, with increasing ownership of analytical workstreams and transaction support. The Experienced Analyst will independently conduct diligence reviews across mortgage and consumer portfolios, partner closely with trading and structuring teams, and serve as a key analytical resource throughout the transaction lifecycle Key Responsibilities Conduct independent due diligence reviews on residential mortgage and consumer loan portfolios, including credit, collateral, compliance, and data integrity assessments. Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, concentrations, and credit or data risks across large datasets. Lead data tape reviews, exception analysis, and diligence summaries for financing and securitization transactions. Build, maintain, and enhance Excel-based analytical tools and contribute to automation efforts using SQL, Python, or VBA where applicable. Review and challenge third-party diligence outputs, ensuring alignment with internal standards. Prepare and review investor-facing diligence materials and transaction memos. Interact directly with traders, structurers, bankers, and external diligence providers. Support process improvements across mortgage and consumer diligence workflows. The annual full time base salary range for this role is $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
