Job Details
Responsible for the system's development and enforcement of cybersecurity policy and strategy and protecting the organization's digital assets from cyber threats and attacks. This role is required to be on-call outside of regular working hours to respond to urgent issues and ensure continuous operational support.

Summary
Responsible for the system's development and enforcement of cybersecurity policy and strategy and protecting the organization's digital assets from cyber threats and attacks. Performs duties such as vulnerability scans, remediation efforts, and security incident investigation. Job Duties
  • Continuously monitor network traffic, systems, and security alerts for suspicious activity or breaches. Use SIEM tools and intrusion detection systems to identify anomalies and potential threats.
  • Investigate security alerts and execute incident response procedures to contain and remediate threats. Document findings and prepare detailed reports on incidents and corrective actions
  • Perform regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests to identify weaknesses. Recommend and implement remediation strategies to strengthen security posture.
  • Assists in micro-segmentation and iOT discovery in effort to improve CMDB and asset management.
  • Configure and maintain security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and encryption systems.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field. or
  • High School Diploma/GED and 4 years preferred work experience.
  • 2 years related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years related work experience to be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to investigate and respond to security incidents, analyze logs for anomalies.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, ArcSight), endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanning tools.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification - CompTIA
  • MCSA - Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - Microsoft

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
