Expected Base Pay Scale (USD)
$160,000 - $190,000 annual base salary. The successful candidate's base pay depends on job-related skills, qualifications, experience, geographic location, and market conditions. The expected base pay scale may be adjusted based on market conditions.
Responsibilities
As an
Analog Design Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a team of up to 15 RF analog circuit and mask designers working in a variety of customer engagements. This includes technical oversight, project management, recruiting efforts, conducting department meetings, performance reviews, and working with Human Resource personnel to address all necessary Human Resource interactions with assigned department members. Actively interact with customers to ensure a high level of service quality and discern customers' technical needs and/or possible business opportunities. Actively solicit new business opportunities with existing customers and be a strong advocate for ASIC North. Participate with the ASIC North management team in the sizing and quotation of new projects. Participate in all required ASIC North management meetings and initiatives and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements of an
Analog Design Manager include a BS in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of industry experience in the following area: VLSI analog design.
- Strong technical ability including block level, system level and mixed signal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience being a team lead
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project sizings
- Ability to travel to headquarters in Williston, VT as needed
- This job position will or is likely to involve compliance with ITAR Regulations so all employees working in this capacity must be eligible under U.S. Export Control Laws, and accordingly applicants must be U.S. Persons. (i.e. a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, workers granted asylum, or workers granted refugee status)
