Full Job Description
Overview

We need a program analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior program office personnel.
  • Provide detail-oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies.
  • Support efforts to facilitate and provide required technical information to IPTs, off-sites, working groups, and audit teams.
  • Maintain all working documents and store all program deliverables on a PMS377 Amphibious exchange/Integrated Development Environment (IDE) or an approved SharePoint.
  • Support in the day-to-day operation, general support, development, maintenance, and administrative support to the Program Office9s approved SharePoint/IDE (PMS377 Amphibious eXchange or equivalent).
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a searchable electronic inventory of all design documentation produced under this Task Order and utilized by the design team and PMS377.
  • Maintain historical electronic documentation using Project Management System - PMS377 Amphibious exchange or approved IDE.
  • Archive and store hard copies of historical documentation, along with all other records as required.
  • Receive, log, track, and store classified documents, in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Provide comprehensive, detailed, and timely communications and reports to all stakeholders.
  • Support various administrative tasks.

Salary
