The role combines front-office coverage, execution-focused problem solving, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Trading, Product, Financing, Risk, Credit, Operations/Client Service, Technology, and broader Markets to deliver a seamless client experience and drive revenue growth. You will operate as an execution and workflow specialist-understanding how clients trade, how they connect, what they need to execute efficiently, and translating those needs into JPMorganChase solutions and internal prioritization. Job Responsibilities (level-dependent) • Execution-led client servicing (core focus): Lead day-to-day client engagement and ensure best-in-class delivery across execution channels and Prime capabilities. • Relationship management & coverage: Maintain and expand relationships with quant/systematic clients; engage stakeholders across Trading, Product, Risk, Technology, integration, Operations, and connectivity. • Solutioning & commercialization: Identify, originate, and convert opportunities-ranging from quick-turn requests to longer-cycle strategic pitches-tailored to client trading, financing, and operational requirements. • Product & platform fluency: Develop strong fluency in the platform offering and market structure; represent capabilities clearly to sophisticated clients. • Data-driven targeting & insights: Partner with clients and internal teams (Product, Consulting, Service) to identify trends, growth opportunities, whitespace, and risks; translate insights into actionable coverage plans. • Risk / capital / commercial partnership: Work with Product, Risk, and Credit to support onboarding, portfolio/risk discussions, and commercial analysis for new or expanding relationships. • Market intelligence & thought leadership: Provide market insight, trade themes, and targeted content; gather competitive intelligence and feed it back into strategy and product priorities. • Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate across coverage, product, and trading to optimize the end-to-end client experience and balance client needs with firm objectives. Required Qualifications • Relevant front-office experience in sales / execution sales / prime services / derivatives clearing / institutional coverage (years commensurate with level). • Demonstrated ability to support fast-paced client demands with strong follow-through, accuracy, and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and numerical mindset with the ability to translate data into coverage actions and commercial outcomes. • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain workflows, market structure, and solutions to sophisticated clients. • Team-first collaborator able to work effectively across Trading, Product, Risk, Credit, Financing, Technology, and Client Service. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • FINRA licensing: Series 7 and 63 required; additional registrations (e.g., Series 3) depending on coverage and role scope (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe, where applicable). Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with electronic execution and market structure concepts (e.g., algos, DMA, program trading, high-touch vs. low-touch) and client connectivity (e.g., EMS/OMS, FIX), as relevant to the role. • Experience covering quant/systematic clients (e.g., systematic macro, multi-strat pods, systematic equities) and comfort discussing trading workflows, connectivity, and low-latency execution considerations. • Existing institutional client relationships applicable to Prime Financial Services and broader Equities.
