Key Responsibilities:- Lead the pursuit effort for large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating pre-construction, design, and estimating teams.
- Develop and submit technical and price proposal documents.
- Manage project contracts with owners, design, and construction partners.
- Oversee project risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with internal teams, developers, stakeholders, and design consultants to ensure project success.
- Actively participate in meetings with owners, developers, partners, and subcontractors.
- Manage project pursuit development, resource planning, and budgeting.
Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in alternative delivery projects with increasing responsibility.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects ($500M+).
- Experience with Alternative Delivery methods such as DB, CMGC, Progressive DB, and P3.
- Strong understanding of design development, construction estimating, and construction methods.
- Experience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, P-6).
- Knowledge of HCSS and civil project field experience.
- Ability to travel as needed for projects.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Experience with state DOTs is highly valuable.
