Full Job Description
All Source Target Coordinator
The Opportunity:

With today's rapidly evolving operational environment, the ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize intelligence from multiple sources is essential to supporting military decision-making across the Indo-Pacific. As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst supporting U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC), you'll provide critical intelligence analysis that enables Competition Targeting and Countering Malign Influence (CMI) operations, helping commanders identify adversary activities, assess operational environments, and support strategic competition objectives. On our team, you'll integrate information from multiple intelligence disciplines including HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, CYBINT, and partner reporting to develop timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence products. You'll research and assess adversary networks, influence operations, strategic messaging, and malign influence campaigns while supporting target development, operational planning, campaign assessments, and information advantage initiatives.

Working closely with USARPAC staff, Army organizations, Joint partners, the Intelligence Community, and interagency organizations, you'll produce intelligence assessments, executive briefings, threat assessments, white papers, and other finished intelligence products that directly support operational and senior leadership decision-making. You'll also apply Intelligence Community tradecraft and ICD 203 analytic standards while supporting intelligence preparation activities, responding to Requests for Information, and contributing to mission success throughout the Pacific theater.

You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis in support of Department of Defense or Intelligence Community missions
  • Experience supporting a Service Component Command, Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, or Intelligence Community organization
  • Experience producing finished intelligence products, intelligence assessments, executive summaries, and senior-level briefings by researching, evaluating, and integrating all-source information
  • Experience utilizing Maven Smart System and Palantir to integrate, visualize, analyze, and exploit multi-source intelligence data in support of all-source analysis, target development, operational planning, and intelligence production
  • Experience managing intelligence requirements and collection activities to synchronize priorities with operational objectives and identify intelligence gaps
  • Experience performing target development to coordinate across intelligence disciplines and provide actionable information for targeting packages
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in a professional work environment, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience developing target nominations, target intelligence packages, or other intelligence products supporting targeting
  • Experience supporting Competition Targeting, Countering Malign Influence (CMI), Information Advantage, Information Operations, or Joint Targeting
  • Experience applying targeting methodology, Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE), operational design, or campaign planning
  • Experience working with intelligence disciplines and associated data and tools, including HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, CYBINT, and partner reporting
  • Experience supporting information-related capabilities such as Intelligence Support to Information Advantage (ISIA) or Military Information Support Operations (MISO)
  • Knowledge of Indo-Pacific regional security, strategic competition, and adversary military capabilities and influence activities

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
