The Opportunity:

CACI International is hiring junior-level All-Source Intelligence Analysts to support U.S. Southern Command on an upcoming program. These roles will provide All-Source Intelligence Analysis to directly support national and command-level mission priorities. As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst on this program, you will conduct in-depth research using industry tools, analyze information by applying qualitative and quantitative methodologies, drive collection requirements to fill intelligence gaps, and produce finished intelligence products (FINTEL) according to ICD standards.

These positions are contingent upon contract award, and will be located in Doral, Florida.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducts daily research of raw intelligence to identify potential threats to DoD personnel, activities, and interests
  • Identifies intelligence gaps, leverage, and help create collection requirements to fill those information gaps, evaluate intelligence reporting, and identify collection opportunities through collector engagement
  • Integrates as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners
  • Supports advanced analytics initiatives, knowledge management project that satisfy regional national-level intelligence priorities
  • Identifies emerging threats, trends, patterns and nominate strategic production when appropriate
  • Researches and produce unique product lines that include assessments, and briefings in accordance with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) analytic tradecraft standards
  • Provides analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and federal law enforcement agencies/organizations in support command specific programs, functions, and mission activities


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in intelligence, international relations, or a related field (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • 3+ years of applicable experience
  • In-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle
  • Experience with ODNI's analytic tradecraft guidance and experience writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Ability to successfully integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.
  • Capable of effectively communicating with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.
  • Experience using the following tools: NGT, TAC, RMT, CRATE and CHROME


Desired:
  • ODNI's Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Qualification (IFPC)
  • PACE
  • Data analytics experience
  • All-Source Intelligence Analysis experience supporting a COCOM J2.
