Responsibilities

We areseekinga highly skilled and experiencedAll Source Analystto join our team atNellis Air Force Base(AFB)supportingtheAir Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2). TheAll SourceAnalystwillsupport management of weapons and tactics related programs across ACCandcontribute to program managementand support to ACC exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifyand recognize weaknesses inTactics, Techniques, and Procedures(TTP),find constructive solutions, and make recommendations on how best practices and TTPs are incorporated into trainingand current operations.
  • Provide end-to-end technicalassistancefor scheduled and ad-hoc intelligence training and readiness events.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensuretimelyandaccurateintelligence delivery.
  • Maintainproficiencyin analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery ofcutting-edgeintelligence solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
  • Travel may berequired(Up to 15%)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Experienceplanning or providing technical support toLarge Force Employment exercises

  • Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

  • Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance isrequired.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienceat Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Intelligence Directorateor similar military organization.
  • DOD 8140 Compliance based on DCWF code 111, Basic Level.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
  • Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.

Target Salary Range$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
