ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedAll Source Analystto join our team at Beale AFB supporting the480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (480 ISRW). The All-Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis and fusion with Analysis & Exploitation Teams (AETs) todeliver tailored, time dominant insights and solve complex problems for aircomponentleaders and warfighters worldwide. This role requiresexpertisein integrating and analyzing data from multiple intelligence sources to deliver actionable insights that support missionobjectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- ConductSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR AnalysisandMulti-Int Fusionto support operational and strategic decision-making, and tactical operations.
- Performanalytical tradecraft support, including the development of predictive and comprehensive analysis for ISR problem sets as directed by theater aircomponent(s).
- Integrate data from various intelligence disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT) to track the disposition of adversary forces and provide actionable assessments.
- SupportISR targeting developmentand operational planning efforts.
- Collaborate with other AETs,additionalcross-functional teams including analysts, operators, and mission planners, to ensuretimelyandaccurateintelligence delivery.
- Identifyintelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
- Travel may berequired(Up to 15%)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Minimum of 16 years w/o a degree or 14 years with AS/AA or 12 years with BS/BA; or 10 years with MS/MA; or 8 years with Ph.D.
- DOD 8140 Compliance based on DCWF code 111 Basic level
- ProficiencyinSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR AnalysisandMulti-Int Fusion.
- Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
- Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.
- Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance isrequired.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting the480 ISRWor similar ISR organizations.
- Knowledge ofISR targeting development,Distribution of Forces (DOF) analysis, and operational-level intelligence planning.
- Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Governmentall-source analysis training courseor specialized intelligence certification.
- Proficiencywith advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.

Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
